WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE A PROOF?

Proofs are sent within 1-3 business days after your order date.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

*We do not print without your approval. We send proofs out within 1-3 business days after your order date and how soon you will receive your order in the mail depends upon how soon you approve the proof. If your proof needs changes, this can also add to arrival time. Once you approve the proof, it will print/ship within 1-2 business days (note: banners/pennants take 2-3 business days) with 1-3 day priority shipping.

* In the rare occasion we do not receive a response from you after our 3rd attempt in contacting you, we will go ahead and print your order as is and you hereby waive your right to make changes or receive a reimbursement of any kind.

WHY DO THE COLORS LOOK DIFFERENT ON MY PROOF?

The colors are the same. Your viewing method might be what’s throwing it off. Always remember to use a computer and never a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet when checking for color. Mobile devices are known to sometimes altar colors. If you are using a computer and still experiencing this issue, your color settings are most likely off and need to be calibrated.

DO YOU RECOMMEND PRINTED OR DIGITAL?

We have the BEST quality in our printed invitations & party supplies and do not recommend ordering digital files for invitations. Ordering prints is a one-stop, hassle-free purchase. You don’t need to worry about where can I get them printed? You don’t need to worry about if the colors will turn out right or the paper quality they use. You don’t have to worry about firewall issues when trying to get the file to your printer. WE TAKE CARE OF ALL THAT FOR YOU! We are FAST and have competitive pricing!

WHY AM I HAVING PROBLEMS UPLOADING MY DIGITAL FILE TO MY PRINTER?

Many printers have firewalls that cause issues when trying to upload your file. When this happens, we suggest saving your file to a usb and taking it to them or try using dropbox.com or hightail.com if they allow it. This will bypass the firewall issue.

WHY IS MY PRINTER GIVING ME AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT MY FILE IS CORRUPT?

If you can successfully open your file, it is not corrupt. It is most likely a firewall issue on their end. Please see suggestions above.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GROMMET & POLE POCKET BANNER?

A grommet banner has 3 grommets at the top & bottom that are zip-tied to the stand whereas the pole pocket has pockets along the sides and top for the stand to slip through.
